The second point is that the vacuum is too high, the air bubbles in the oil machine will increase, and the oil level in the separation chamber will increase.
The heated oil is separated into a semi-mist by the rapid rotation of the spray wings, the water in the oil evaporates, and is quickly sucked into the condenser by the vacuum pump, and the water vapor becomes liquid after cooling in the condenser. On the contrary, the oil in the vacuum heating tank is discharged into the fine filter by the oil discharge pump to filter out the particulate impurities through the oil filter paper or filter element. In this way, the process of purifying various impurities, water and water vapor in the oil by the vacuum oil filter is completed, and the clean oil is filtered out of the machine through the oil outlet.
